A Dig Crew Plumbing Lead will complete approved repairs in a timely manner, have a clean and orderly work area, collect payment, and complete paperwork.Potential of $100k plusJob Title: Dig Crew Plumbing LeadRequirements:3 years of experience in the plumbing/dig crew industry and the ability to work independentlyAssist with excavation around utilities (public or private)Assist with laying and gluing joints on pipingAssist with wall penetrationsBackfill with shovels, rakes, and pneumatic tamperApply weather proofing to wall penetrationsBring and get materials for the jobThe ability to communicate written and orally to the customersTechnical know-how - to use email, invoice software, etc.Ability to work a shifted scheduleTakes great pride in going the extra mile for our customersStrong customer service skills (active listening, relationship building, etc.)Ability to use own plumbing tools (Basic trade related hand tools)Good physical condition Other requirements:Reliable TransportationValid Driver's License Harris Plumbing is a family-owned business that's been serving the area for over 18 years.
