Our culture is built on strong core values, recognition of achievements, and respect for every team member.Primary ResponsibilitiesCompanionship and conversationPersonal Care (assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, feeding)Light Housekeeping/Household Management (incl. laundry and linen changing)Apparel selection (i.e. laying out clothes)Meal planning and preparationMedication remindersMobility support (standby assist, transfer, hoyer lift)Transportation using own or client’s vehicleHelping family members learn safe care techniquesTolerance to pets (dogs and/or cats)Lift 40lbs or less.
