This role works cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The Project Manager also provides oversight to field leadership, including foremen and crew leads.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure successful project executionReview project drawings and specifications to develop material and resource plansManage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time completionSchedule and oversee product delivery and installation logisticsPartner with Account Managers to define project scope and execution plansMonitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectivesMaintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsDevelop and maintain accurate project documentation and recordsEnsure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and applicable regulationsMinimum Qualifications3+ years of project management or project coordination experience2+ years of experience in material handling systems, including pallet racking installation and teardown2+ years of vendor management experienceValid driver’s licensePreferred Qualifications2+ years of experience with AutoCAD or preliminary engineering toolsAssociate degree or higher in a related fieldSkills and CompetenciesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience using project management softwareStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEffective communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving ability and sound judgmentAbility to work independently and collaborativelyPhysical and Work RequirementsAbility to travel up to 60% of the timeAbility to work in office, warehouse, and field environments as neededAbility to lift, carry, or move materials consistent with project site requirements, with or without reasonable accommodationEqual Employment OpportunityHenry North and the entities it recruits on behalf of are equal opportunity employers.
