Plumber Field Supervisor

Job Description The Role:OWL Services is a leading provider to petroleum and clean energy markets, offering construction, compliance, testing, maintenance, and related services. Our Florida Plumbing and Utility Division operates from two strategic locations and is expanding. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Plumber Field Supervisor to oversee and support field operations across the state. This role involves regular travel and overnight stays to ensure consistent quality, safety, and efficiency on all projects.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plumbing and utility crews across multiple job sitesEnsure timely project completion and compliance with safety and quality standardsTravel statewide to project locations, including overnight stays as neededCollaborate with the in-house construction division to align plumbing efforts with broader project goalsSupport the service division on large-scale plumbing and utility projectsSchedule and staff plumbing projects in coordination with general contractorsPlan and coordinate non-construction plumbing projects with office staff, including oversight of subcontractorsMaintain clear communication with technicians, office staff, and clients to ensure smooth executionKeep accurate records of schedules, job progress, and service documentationEnsure compliance with company policies, safety training, and regulatory requirementsProvide training and mentorship to field staff to promote efficiency and performanceRequirements and SkillsProven experience in plumbing or utility field supervisionWillingness and ability to travel frequently and stay overnight as neededStrong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Experience in scheduling and coordinating field teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and adapt to fast-changing prioritiesFamiliarity with safety protocols and field operations best practicesOSHA 30 certification requiredAPI certification requiredCompensation and Benefits10 Paid HolidaysFlexible Time Off401(k) Company MatchHealth, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHSA and FSADisability & Occupational Accident InsuranceCompany-Paid Life Insurance PolicyEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)World-class paid training program for you to learn the skills for long term career success.
