Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Acute Care Case Management Discipline: RN Start Date: 06/08/2026 Duration: 12 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Title: Inpatient Case Manager Duration: 12+ Weeks + High possibility of extension Location: Los Angeles, CA 90034 /Inglewood, CA 90301 Schedule Notes: 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Case Manager to join our team for a 12-week assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong inpatient case management experience, with the ability to coordinate patient care, ensure appropriate utilization of resources, and facilitate safe and timely discharge planning.
