As we continue modernizing our operations and investing in systems that support growth, we are focused on building strong in-house technical ownership and cross-functional collaboration.Your Role:As the Enterprise Resources Planning Developer, you will serve as the internal owner of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, playing a critical role in supporting and improving manufacturing, supply chain, and operational workflows across the organization. This is a highly visible, cross-functional position focused on system optimization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do:Own and support the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse operations, finance, and operationsDesign, develop, and deploy custom Business Central extensions using ALImprove manufacturing workflows including MRP, BOMs, production orders, inventory, and labor trackingBuild and maintain integrations with EDI, shipping platforms, reporting tools, and other internal business systemsWork cross collaboratively with a variety of departmentsTroubleshoot complex system and data issues that impact real-time business operationsIdentify automation and process-improvement opportunities across departmentsWhat You'll Bring:3+ years of hands-on experience developing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAVStrong AL development and extension experienceERP experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environmentExperience with integrations, APIs, and data migrationStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindsetAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceMicrosoft Dynamics certifications are a plusWhy Join?This role offers the opportunity to step into a high-impact position with true ownership over a critical ERP system, strong visibility across leadership, and the chance to make meaningful operational improvements.
