GermBlast Operations Manager At GermBlast, we push the boundaries of infection prevention by refusing to believe that infections just happen. We partner with our clients to create a healthier environment conducive to enhancing the end product for their stakeholders. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide management, leadership, protocols, procedures, and culture to our technicians, supervisors, and warehouse teams in alignment with the GermBlast core values, mission, and vision. This role will play an important part in the overall operations of our GermBlast Service teams by providing effective management in the following areas: labor, productivity, quality control, and safety. The Operations Manager is a full-time position that reports to the Director of Operations in our Corporate Office in Lubbock, TX. Responsibilities Interviewing, selecting, and hiring GermBlast Service Technicians Training new and existing employees Planning, scheduling, and overseeing work Addressing employee performance and corrective action plans Managing optimum staffing for each position to ensure quality service delivery Requirements Knowledge of the GermBlast process and protocols Excellent presentation skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite, including Word and Excel Extreme attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, standing, and working for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Must obtain certifications such as HAZWOPER 24, HAZWOPER40, Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Technician (CHEST) credential Valid Driver License Pass background screening and drug tests Travel up to 50% of the time Benefits Flexible schedule Competitive pay Referral program Professional development assistance Health, dental, and vision
