As we continue expanding, we're looking for a Data Analytics & Reporting Manager to oversee data collection, analysis, reporting and infrastructure maintenance to help gain valuable insights to make business decisions.About the Role – Is this You?As Manager of Data Analytics & Reporting, you will play a central role in shaping Yosi Health's data strategy — helping us unlock the full value of our data to drive growth, improve patient outcomes, and deliver outstanding client value.You'll lead efforts across analytics, reporting, and insights while working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. You'll dive into millions of patient records to uncover key trends, create powerful client KPIs, and guide strategic decisions across the company.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild & Scale Analytics: Own the design and implementation of Yosi's data infrastructure, processes, and analytics stack. Coordinate with engineering to automate recurring reporting processes and enhance operational efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales & Marketing to design dashboards and performance reporting that drive client acquisition and retention. Manage a large lead/prospect database from disparate sources.Client-Facing Insights: Develop meaningful KPIs and custom reports that clearly demonstrate the value Yosi's solutions provide and their impact on clients.Outcomes Analysis: Analyze large volumes of patient data to identify trends that improve clinical outcomes and inform product development.Data Governance: Uphold strong standards for data accuracy, integrity, privacy, and HIPAA compliance.Team Leadership: As the team grows, lead and mentor analysts to effectively scale the function.Insights / Storytelling: Translate complex data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.Customer Billing & Invoicing: Coordinate with the finance/accounting team to build and improve processes and tools for accurate customer invoicing.Qualifications & Experience6+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles — ideally in healthcare or health tech.Advanced SQL skills and experience with Python or R.Solid understanding of modern data platforms (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) and ETL frameworks.Expertise in BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Demonstrated experience working with large, complex datasets (especially involving patient or clinical data).A strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional communication and data storytelling skills.Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups is a plus.Why Join Yosi Health?Impactful Work – Play a key role in scaling a fast-growing healthtech company that positively impacts patient health.Innovative Team – Work with a dynamic, results-driven team passionate about transforming healthcare.Competitive Compensation – Salary, and benefits package and company culture.Career Growth – Opportunities for professional development and advancement.J-18808-Ljbffr
