This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role focused on revenue growth, team development, and consistent execution across locations.You will build and inspire high-performing teams, hold centers accountable to KPIs, elevate the patient journey, and serve as a key connection between our field teams and the corporate organization.If you are a strategic, people-first leader with multi-unit experience and a passion for performance - this role is for you.What You'll DoOwn revenue and surgery volume targets with accountability at both center and market levelLead, coach, and inspire center leaders and cross-functional teams to exceed goalsDrive consistent execution of sales processes, operational standards, and clinical workflowsAnalyze KPI scorecards to identify trends and opportunity areas; take action to accelerate resultsStrengthen team culture, performance, and talent development across locationsPartner with senior leadership to influence strategy and represent field prioritiesMonitor and elevate patient satisfaction, address escalations promptly and professionallyShare best practices and foster a "One Team" culture across all markets and functionsTravel across your designated region (average ~60%) to support centers and teamsWhat You BringProven success leading sales teams to exceed multi-unit revenue goals (required)Experience managing operational performance across multiple locations (preferred)History of developing leaders and high-performing teams; strong performance-management disciplineStrong command of KPI management, forecasting, and performance analyticsExceptional communication, coaching, and influencing abilities across diverse personalities and rolesOrganizational excellence with the ability to prioritize, pivot when needed, and execute consistentlyConfident, composed leadership style - calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and energizing to othersPlayer-coach mindset - willing to lead from the front and jump in where neededPassion for our mission and a positive, high-standards, growth-oriented mindsetCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $80,000Performance incentive plan with On-Target Earnings (OTE) $200,000+Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and 401(k)PTO, paid holidays, and employee assistance programCompensation Range$80,000 - $200,000 USDPay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future.
