Sheet Metal Aluminum Parts Processor Responsible for the deburring and trimming of sheet metal aluminum parts per customers engineering drawings and specifications.Responsibilities:Perform visual inspection of manufactured parts and travelerConfirm material specifications as given on travelerVerify accuracy of job and workmanship when performing jobsAdhering to quality assurance procedures and processesMaintain specifications by troubleshooting processes and detecting malfunctionsVerify profile, pilot holes and cutouts are clean of scratches and burrsOperate assigned hand tools such as die grinders to ensure accuracy of partsAccomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for all new and different requestsExplore opportunities to add value to job accomplishmentsMeet production goals in terms of cycle time, quantity, and qualityMiscellaneous tasks as assigned
