Macro Sample Prep

ATI Materials - - Responsibilities: Perform a range of machining operations to machine or surface grind a variety of shapes and sizes of plates and samples of ATI product preparatory to etching for macro examination, or other inspection; Set up, load, check, and unload heat treat furnaces for heat treating samples. Document appropriate heat treat data from load; Operate IME truck to pick-up and deliver macro samples and standards; Follow established methods and procedures; maintain all required material identification; Maintain work area tools and equipment in the proper manner
