This role is critical to ensuring vehicles move efficiently through the service and reconditioning process while maintaining quality, communication, and production standards.You will work closely with technicians, parts personnel, used car management, and service leadership to ensure internal vehicles are properly documented, repaired, and delivered on time.This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOpen and manage repair orders for internal and inventory vehiclesCoordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance with technicians and shop foremanCommunicate with used car and sales departments regarding vehicle status and timelinesEnsure repair orders are properly documented and updated accuratelyMonitor vehicle progress and help maintain efficient workflow throughout the shopReview completed work for accuracy and completeness before vehicle releaseAssist in prioritizing internal work to meet dealership production goalsCoordinate with the parts department to ensure timely parts availabilityMaintain strong communication with management regarding delays or issuesUphold dealership standards, policies, and proceduresQualificationsPrevious automotive dealership or service department experience preferredPrevious Service Advisor or internal advisor experience is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to communicate effectively with multiple departmentsBasic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processesComfortable using dealership systems and computer applicationsStrong attention to detail and time-management skillsValid driver's license requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredCompensationEstimated annual earnings range: $45,000 $85,000 based on experience and performanceCompetitive compensation structureScheduleFull-time position5-day work weekSchedule based on dealership operational needsBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Training and DevelopmentOpportunities for Career AdvancementEmployee discounts on vehicles and servicesAccess to industry-leading automotive softwareWhy Join Steven Hyundai?Steven Hyundai is building a culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and long-term growth.
