This role is critical to keeping projects moving by ensuring permits are submitted, tracked, and approved accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, and can manage multiple priorities with precision. Key Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and track permit applications for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical projects Coordinate with city and county permitting departments and inspectors Ensure all permits, plans, and documentation meet local code requirements Maintain accurate digital records and permit status tracking Communicate permit updates with internal teams (dispatch, installers, project managers) Follow up on corrections, revisions, and approvals to prevent project delays Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines #INDP1
