Maintenance Supervisor | Mixed-use, Rowan County NC | $28-$32 per hourYour new companyHays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading developer/owner who are looking to hire a Maintenance Supervisor to lead onsite facilities for a mixed-use complex in Rowan County.Your new roleThe job duties of the Maintenance Supervisor will include, among others:Oversight of maintenance related to HVAC and mechanical systemsManage Preventive Maintenance activities, diagnose and resolve any mechanical/electrical issuesFacilities maintenance, such as: HVAC, boilers, painting, light electrical, light carpentry, appliancesLead onsite Maintenance Technician along with 3rd party vendors when neededWhat you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate for this role will possess the following:Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintenance, preferably with supervisor/managerial experienceCPO certificationHVAC Type 2 certificationGood pulse in safety, and ability to communicate with building tenantsAbility to be on call for weekends on a rotating scheduleWhat you'll get in returnHourly rate between $28-$32Substantial discount on apartmentsMedical and dental benefits
