This role partners closely with the Administrator and corporate clinical leadership to develop systems, strengthen nursing operations, and support staff development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the daily clinical operations of the nursing departmentRecruit, mentor, and develop nursing staffEnsure compliance with CMS, state, and regulatory requirementsDrive quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomesPartner with interdisciplinary teams to support resident care planningMonitor documentation, clinical systems, and regulatory readinessAddress resident and family concerns while promoting resident rights and dignityIdeal CandidateLicensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Florida licenseExperience in skilled nursing or long-term care leadershipPrevious Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferredStrong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey readinessProven leadership ability in staff development and clinical operationsIf you are a nursing leader looking to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive leadership team, we encourage you to apply.
