This is a hands-on role for someone who can build, optimize, and modernize IBM MQ environments while collaborating across technical and business teams.What You'll DoDesign and implement robust IBM MQ solutions, including Multi-Instance Queue Managers and High Availability (HA) architecturesLead MQ deployments, driving automation and standardization initiativesOwn middleware patching and upgrade activities across IBM MQ and IBM Application Connect Enterprise (ACE)Contribute to AWS cloud migration and modernization effortsProvide advanced troubleshooting and performance tuning for complex MQ environmentsTranslate business and technical requirements into scalable solutionsCollaborate with global (onshore/offshore) teamsParticipate in an on-call rotation to support platform stabilityWhat You Bring10+ years of experience in IBM MQ AdministrationProven experience building IBM MQ environments from the ground upStrong understanding of messaging concepts and design patternsExpertise in High Availability and Disaster Recovery implementationsExperience with MQ security (TLS, CHLAUTH, OAM)Solid Linux/Unix system administration skillsHands-on experience with shell scripting for automationStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyNice to HaveExperience with IBM WebSphere Application Server integrationsExposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with monitoring tools like SplunkWorking knowledge of Java
