SharePoint Intranet Developer

Experience and Knowledge: • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience designing and developing solutions in SharePoint Online (and/or SharePoint 2016+), with a focus on intranet and collaboration sites. • Hands-on experience with: – Modern SharePoint sites, hubs, pages, web parts, lists, and libraries – Permissions management and security trimming within SharePoint Online – Content types, site columns, managed metadata, and search optimization • Experience building process automation and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps (or similar low-code tools). • Familiarity with front-end technologies related to SharePoint customization (e.g., JSON formatting, SharePoint Framework basics, HTML/CSS) is preferred. • Understanding of information architecture, UX best practices, and content design for intranets and employee portals. • Exposure to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 integration with SharePoint. • Experience working in a regulated environment (financial services, banking, or similar) is preferred, with awareness of compliance, security, and data governance needs.
