This is a hybrid outpatient role with flexibility, strong administrative support, and a team-first model designed to help you succeed.What you'll be doing:Conduct psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescentsDevelop thoughtful, evidence-based treatment plansProvide medication management with appropriate follow-upTreat conditions such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, and behavioral challengesCollaborate with therapists, social workers, and clinical staffEngage families and caregivers as part of the care processProvide both in-person and telepsychiatry servicesMaintain documentation within modern EMR systemsThis role allows you to build confidence and clinical depth while practicing in a supportive environment.
