As the Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing electrical projects, managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion. Key responsibilities include leading project teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and communicating project progress to stakeholders. They oversee all project phases from start to finish, balancing cost, quality, and time constraints. Key Responsibilities:Project planning and execution: Developing detailed project plans, creating schedules, and ensuring all project stages are completed on time and within budget.Team and resource management: Leading and coordinating the project team, including electricians, engineers, and subcontractors, and managing project resources effectively.Financial oversight: Handling project budgets, managing costs, and preparing financial reports.Stakeholder communication: Liaising with clients, senior management, and other stakeholders to provide regular progress reports and address concerns.Risk and compliance management: Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and all necessary codes.Problem-solving: Resolving issues that arise during a project, such as delays or technical challenges.Project closeout: Managing the final stages of a project, including final inspections, documentation, and post-project reviews.Essential Skills and QualificationsStrong leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in Project Management methodologies.Technical knowledge of electrical systems and codes.Ability to manage budgets and control costs.Organizational and time management skills.Problem-solving abilities.Oversee multiple projects at one time.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
