The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter, detail-oriented, and driven to perform.The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - 75,000 per year.Responsibilities IncludeTrain, comply with, and enforce firm policies, procedures, and expectationsImplement and manage workflow processes – within the framework identified by Z&A executive management staff – to most efficiently achieve all goals and responsibilitiesAnalyze and process reports to ensure that proper workflow is being adhered to pursuant to the expectations of both clients and Zwicker & AssociatesSupervise, lead, and mentor support staff to ensure accuracy and high production levelsUtilize collection software to properly update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventoryDraft basic pleadings and formsCommunicate effectively and appropriately with team members, other internal departments, outside vendors, opposing counsel, pro se parties, and judicial assistantsPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsMinimum of three years of experience in office management, administration, or a related roleLegal experience in a high-volume environment (preferred)Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field is preferredStrong interpersonal skills to lead and develop a department and a teamStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism with a strong commitment to ethics and compliance standardsLeadership ability to manage challenges and oversee employeesProficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookBe able to communicate in a common language with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writingBe able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent deviceBe able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondencePhysical QualificationsBe able to lift five pounds or greaterBe able to sit 90% of the workday at timesBe able to bend at the waist and be mobile when neededBe able to concentrate and use critical thinking Please note that this job description is not intended to be a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities required of the employee in this position.
