We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment where every team member's contributions are valued and recognized.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient treatments under the direction of our ENT specialists.Assist in office-based procedures and surgeries, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the process.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-operative care instructions.Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.RequirementsCurrent Registered Nurse (RN) license in FloridaMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or surgical settingStrong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environmentCPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred#IDcentral
