Inside Sales
Position Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our sales operations and serve as a key liaison between customers, factories, and internal teams. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, experience in inside sales, and a background in inventory and order management within a manufacturing or similar environment.Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:Manage order entry, delivery scheduling, and all aspects of order and shipping processes using internal systems (including sales orders, purchase orders, forecasts, and order updates).Communicate with factories regarding schedule changes, quantity adjustments, cancellations, and shipment issues.Support hub order processing and other related activities as assigned.Collaborate with factories, contract manufacturers, and customers to update and finalize weekly forecasts.Partner with internal sales teams and leadership to support business growth initiatives.Prepare and update quotations based on internal guidance.Respond to inquiries from customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and CRM systems.Support distributor programs, including registration and quarterly stock rotation activities.Monitor and manage customer inventory levels.Generate and maintain weekly and monthly reports.Process and follow up on RMAs, including returns and shipment discrepancies.Address product-related customer inquiries.Maintain accurate records by registering new part numbers in CRM and order processing systems.Perform general clerical and administrative duties as needed.Duties and responsibilities may be added, modified, or changed at the company's discretion.Education, Experience & Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience (manufacturing or similar industry experience preferred).Strong inventory management skills, with the ability to interpret forecasts and plan accordingly.Experience with web-based ordering or ERP systems.Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and adapt.Basic Excel skills required.Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected VeteransThe Know Your Rights poster is available here:https://www.eeoc.gov/sites/default/files/2023-06/22-088_EEOC_KnowYourRights6.12.pdfThe pay transparency policy is available here:https://www.dol.gov/sites/dolgov/files/ofccp/pdf/pay-transp_%20English_formattedESQA508c.pdfFor temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.We are committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities.
