Startup Technician

Seeking an experienced HVAC/Mechanical Service Technician with strong hands-on expertise in startup, troubleshooting, service, and repair of commercial mechanical and HVAC systems. This role involves frequent travel to project sites, performing equipment startups, preventative maintenance, warranty service, and system diagnostics while ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety standards. Candidates should have at least 5 years of industry experience, EPA Universal Certification, the ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and P&IDs, and strong communication and documentation skills. Commercial HVAC experience, leadership ability, and a commitment to customer service and safety are highly preferred.
