Commercial Foreman - San Antonio, TX

We are seeking to add Foreman to our team in San Antonio TXOur ideal Foreman is highly skilled and experienced individual with in-depth knowledge. Someone who possess strong leadership management abilities to oversee teams of electricians, ensuring efficient project execution. We want a foreman who is technically proficient, holds the necessary licenses and certifications, and demonstrates problem solving abilities. Attention to detail, customer relations, continuous learning, physical stamina, ethical conduct, and professionalism.Basic Requirements: Active TX TDLR journeyman electrical license OR master (Required)Active TX ID or DL (Required) Reliable Transportation Experience: Minimum of 1+ years documented field work in the commercial industryProven work experience as an Electrical Foreman or a similar supervisory roleExperience: Able to manage 5 to 30 menSize of Projects: $10,000K - $15MTravel: Willing to travel as neededPunctuality: Punctual, motivated and detail orientedSuperior communication. Possess strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse and fast-paced environmentAble to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as requiredNote: This is a local Position (on site in San Antonio). Start Date: ASAP.
