Transportation Specialist - Bilingual (English/Korean)Manage and coordinate transportation operation by tracking freight from origin to destination. Communicate closely with customers to ensure smooth operation without issues and service satisfaction. Proactively identify and assess a solution to cost incurrence such as demurrage, detention and work for smooth resolution to protect company and customers. Monitor carrier performance continually and evaluate, with feedback provided on a routine basis. Communicate with carriers & associated vendors on a frequent and consistent basis. Process container returns, bobtail decisions related to overall logistics operation for proper handling of business. Other responsibilities as required by the Site Manager.
