Technical Manager (Medical Equipment)
Job Description
:The Technical Manager will provide in-house and on-site customer service, training, and support on all medical, hospital and surgical equipment.Responsibilities:- Primary responsibilities include supporting Customers and Dealer Network by way of providing training, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.Specifically:- Support Dealer Network and Customers by helping them to diagnose problems and offer options for resolution.- Communicate and coordinate repair activities/training with Suppliers.- Prepare and maintain accurate service records/transactions of work performed.- Represent the company in a service role and take responsibility for customer satisfaction. Increase customers' loyalty by professionally communicating with them.- Respond to customers' requests promptly and provide solutions within the entitled response time.- Support the Sales Team with Product Training.- Assist Sales Team with service and training of equipment to Customers and Dealer Network in-house or at customer sites.Required skills:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, or Biomedical Engineering.- At least two years' experience as a service/support person resolving issues.- Excellent technical troubleshooting/repair skills for medical equipment.- Strong customer services skills including strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.- Self-motivated. Must have ability to work independently.- Willing to travel overseas.- Bilingual English/Spanish (Mandatory).- Must reside in South Florida.
