The incumbent has strong administrative skills in the preparation of estimates, proposals, management support, adherence to standards, vendor management, budgetary assistance, permitting, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, and document flow to support the smooth operation of Sage Fence. This position is relied upon to follow up on open items and track issues. They understand the importance of delivering high-quality projects within budget and on schedule. If your passion is driving results, please read on.Major Duties & Responsibilities:Assists with review of proposals, quotes, and cost sheets to ensure proposals meet RFP/RFQ requirementsAssist field personnel in day-to-day coordination and management of field operational service ticket activities in SedonaAssists with job management and change orders in the CRM tool, WeSuiteManages daily/monthly Billing & AR/AP functionsAssists with office and administrative tasks as requested by the Vice PresidentProcesses union weekly payroll, including monthly union reportingMaintains organized and orderly documentation of all projectsAssists with subcontractor coordination as neededAssists with reporting on the completion of jobs and projectsBuilds and maintains Vendor relations and manages parts list and pricingBuilds relationships with internal departments and customersExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Maintains confidentiality at all timesAbide by all company safety standardsAbility to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, and driving history)Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
