Hobee’s Downtown San Jose is officially open for breakfast and lunch — and now we’re expanding into dinner service, our new Beer Garden, and private events in our banquet hall. We’re looking for energetic, hospitality-driven team members who are excited to grow with us and help shape this next chapter. What You’ll Do Deliver warm, genuine service to every guest Work across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events Serve food, beer, wine, and soju/sabe-based cocktails in our Beer Garden Support banquet hall catering and private events (especially mornings and weekends) Help keep service smooth, organized, and team-oriented Bring new ideas and creativity to improve the guest experience Be flexible and jump in wherever the team needs support What We’re Looking For Positive, team-first attitude Friendly, professional, and dependable Weekend availability is a must Flexible schedule for breakfast, dinner, and event shifts Interest in beer/wine service and learning a draft system Open to innovation and helping us grow our dinner and events program Serving or restaurant experience preferred (but we’re happy to train the right people!)
