With over 400 engineers, technicians and professional staff, we're proud to foster an inclusive culture of excellence and progression that's dedicated to serving our customers.Commitment to Diversity & Military VeteransBattle-Tested Leadership Experience100% Data Center FocusedOwner-Operator MindsetJob Description:The EHS Manager is responsible for managing the development and consistent implementation of safety, security, and environmental compliance programs.ResponsibilitiesConduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standardsOrganize and lead safety training sessions for construction staffInvestigate accidents and incidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent them in the futureAssists coordinator(s) in document control and developmentOversee all aspects of a construction project ensuring OSHA complianceOversee all subcontractors and contractorsUpdate corporate and site specific EHS dashboardsOversees all EHS metrics and will send out reports on a routine basisQualifications:Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred5+ years of direct construction safety experience, preferredGeneral Contractor experience, preferredOSHA 510 and/or 500 a plusCHST or CSP preferredAdditional Information:Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And CompetenciesThorough understanding of all relevant safety rules and regulationsAdvance knowledge of constructions safety standardsExceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees to achieve long term vision while adjusting to daily challengesAbility to challenge, explain, and defend safety programs with diplomacyExcellent organizational skills with high level of attention to detailOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach and train othersPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
