CNC Sheet Metal ProgrammerPeopleShare, Inc. is actively recruiting a CNC Sheet Metal Programmer for a precision manufacturing client located in Allentown, NJ. This is a specialized, 100% programming-focused role, no machine operation is required. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sheet metal and the ability to handle complex setups and blueprint reading with high technical accuracy. Location: Allentown, NJ Employment Type: Full-Time | 100% Onsite Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:30am-4:00pm Pay Rate: $29.00-$33.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:Develop and create CNC sheet metal programs for CO2/fiber lasers and punch press machinesUtilize Radan CAD CAM software to design and optimize production workflowsRead and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints to determine precise dimensionsChoose appropriate cutting tools and calculate optimal machine speeds and feed ratesEstablish and input all necessary setup codes for production-ready programmingRemain flexible to shifting priorities and manage multiple programming projects simultaneouslyAdhere to standardized work practices in a continuous improvement manufacturing environmentPartner cross-functionally with the production team to ensure program accuracy and qualityFollow all safety rules, quality standards, and company policies to maintain high performance levelsQualifications:25 years of experience specifically in CNC Programming for sheet metalProven proficiency with Radan CAD CAM software or an equivalent sheet metal programExperience programming for TRUMPF punch presses, as well as Mitsubishi and Prima laser machinesExpert-level blueprint reading skills and an understanding of production proceduresStrong organizational, time management, and troubleshooting skillsHigh level of attention to detail and a proactive work ethicAbility to work independently as a technical expert while maintaining excellent communication with the shop floor
