You will work closely with insurance companies, adjusters, TPAs, and property owners to ensure projects are bid accurately, competitively, and profitably.This role combines technical estimating expertise with relationship-driven sales. You will cultivate long-term partnerships with adjusters and insurance representatives to generate consistent project referrals. Additionally, you will attend industry events, support marketing presentations, and actively drive new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesEstimate projects for residential and commercial lossesPrepare accurate and competitive bids using industry softwareCollaborate with insurance adjusters, TPAs, and property ownersBuild and maintain strong referral relationshipsAttend industry events and assist with marketing effortsDrive sales growth and profitabilityThis position offers the opportunity to work on projects ranging from small residential to large commercial losses.
