This is an excellent opportunity for a bright and energetic team-player who is looking to work in a fast-paced corporate environment with a firm that offers growth opportunities for its team members. who enjoys taking the initiative and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Manage complex executive calendar and schedule; coordinate client meetings and conference calls• Coordinate domestic and international travel• Draft and review proposals, presentations and meeting materials• Screen and direct incoming phone calls and correspondence• Liaise with clients and multiple levels of staff and managementRequirements:• Bachelor's degree• 1 year of administrative experience• Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills• Proactive with a strong work ethic and an eagerness to 'go the extra mile'• Positive, personable and engaging• Flexible and resourceful, with the ability to navigate shifting priorities• Proficient in MS Office Suite• High energy, positive attitude
