Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Interior Designer / Project Coordinator to support our residential construction projects and serve as the critical bridge between coordinating with clients, contractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional living spaces. This role is responsible for ensuring that every project has its information collected and well organized to streamline all construction processes, setting the build team up for success.
You will serve as the key connection between Sales, Homeowners, and Construction Operations, ensuring clear communication between all contributors and a presentation responsible for maximizing everyone’s comprehension of what will go into the project allowing for a smooth process following commencement.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget for residential projects. You will serve as a client liaison to create and finalize all selection related decisions.
Provide clear communication to solidify a design confirmation with admin, homeowner, and project manager.
Ensure that relevant drawings and design visual aides are organized and presented to stakeholders.
Procure samples and support materials required to facilitate decision making.
Oversee all purchase orders to confirm there is a selection/design compliance for what has been chosen.
Review and finalize all permit-related checklists necessary for project clearances.
Follow up with townships and local government to determine project readiness and additional permit-related compliance.
Keep detailed files referencing all information as aforementioned.
Qualifications
