Onbase Administrator/Developer

Top Required Skills & Years of Experience: (5+ years) • Completed or recently renewed OnBase Certified Workview Developer (OCWV) (Hyland Certified OnBase WorkView Administrator) certification, within the past 4 years. Attach certification at time of submission if possible. • Building OnBase low-to-no code solutions, following Hyland best practices and design methodology: o Workview standalone applications o Workflow standalone lifecycles o Workflow/Workview combined solutions o Document Composition templates • Design thinking – determine and work toward an outcome, not just following a list of steps • Troubleshooting pre-existing OnBase solutions with minimal existing documentation • Working directly with business users to resolve production issues timely and correctly Nice to Have Skills: • State and/or Local Government work history • IT Service Management (ITIL) certification
