Temporary Custodian/JanitorType: TemporaryPay Rate: $15Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pmLocation: Midland, TXPerks Offered401 (k) with a company matchPerform routine janitorial work of facilities under general supervision and additional maintenance duties, as needed.Key Results Area:Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.Gather and empty trash and recycling.Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms, break rooms or other areas with supplies.Clean glass partitions and mirrors.Dust furniture and wall partitions.Wipe down and sanitize surfaces.Clean and sanitize refrigerators.Mix water and detergents in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe environment that complies with GMP standards.Various other job duties as assigned.Skills & QualificationsEffective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.Ability to work independently.Efficient and organizedAbility to stand and walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift 40 pounds solo and greater weights with team liftAbility to pay attention to detail and demonstrate good decision-making skills.Understanding of workplace safety standardsRespectful and non-threatening treatment of othersDependable and reliable attendanceEqual Opportunity EmployerThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
