Job Description:
As a Technical Architect – Full Stack, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing endto-end technical solutions for complex software projects. This position requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a strong grasp of architectural principles. You will be responsible for shaping the technical direction of projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver highquality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Technologies: - modern front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). - server-side technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar. - kafka streams. Architectural Design: Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software architectures that meet the project's requirements, considering both the front-end and back-end components. Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and frameworks for both front-end and back-end development, making informed choices based on project goals and constraints. Coding and Development: Act as a hands-on developer when necessary, contributing to the development of key components and providing guidance to the development team. System Integration: Oversee the integration of various systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between different software components. Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring the system meets the required performance metrics. Scalability: Design systems that can easily scale horizontally and vertically to accommodate future growth and increased workloads. Security: Implement and enforce security best practices at both the front-end and back-end, ensuring data protection and secure transactions. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation to aid development teams and facilitate knowledge transfer. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to align technical solutions with project goals and timelines. Quality Assurance: Define and ensure quality standards for code and system architecture, conducting code reviews and implementing best practices. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, proposing effective solutions and providing guidance to resolve them. Emerging Technologies: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in full-stack development, and assess their potential for application in the project.
Qualifications: • Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 8 to 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Full stack Architect. • Strong proficiency in a wide range of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies, both on the front-end and back-end. • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills. • In-depth knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and architecture. • Ability to lead and mentor development teams. • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong project management skills and the ability to work in an Agile development environment. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
