The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where client experience and operational excellence are top priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee daily operations across client service, new business, and administrative functions Serve as a key liaison between leadership, internal teams, and external vendors Manage, mentor, and develop operations staff while driving accountability and performance Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality Monitor and report on KPIs, operational metrics, and overall business health Ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience across all service channels Oversee CRM management, data integrity, and workflow optimization Handle escalations, resolve client issues, and ensure service standards are consistently met Support leadership with strategic initiatives, reporting, and operational planning Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for operations team members What We’re Looking For3+ years of experience in operations leadership or management role Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proven experience leading teams and driving accountability Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Process-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments Proficiency with CRM systems and general business software tools Experience within financial services or a client-facing professional services environment is a plus
