What you’ll doArchitect and connect systems across CRM, Magento, support, sales, operations, and CADDesign and improve end-to-end workflows (lead → quote → design → production → fulfillment)Build integrations, automations, and AI-powered workflowsImprove data flow, reporting, and system visibilityIdentify and eliminate bottlenecks across teamsReduce manual work and streamline cross-functional handoffsEvaluate, select, and implement software tools and vendorsPartner with internal teams to redesign workflows for speed and clarityTrack impact through efficiency gains, cost savings, and revenue improvementWhat you bring10+ years in systems, automation, engineering, or technical operationsProven ability to design and implement real systems and workflowsStrong experience with APIs, integrations, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Magento or similar)Practical experience applying AI within workflows (not just theory)Ability to evaluate and select tools based on speed, integration, and business impactStrong systems thinking and problem-solving abilityBuilder mindset—you move fast, prioritize well, and ship solutionsHigh ownership and comfort working across teamsWhat we offerCompetitive base salary (depending on experience)Performance-based bonus tied to impact and efficiency gainsCompetitive benefits package401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO)High-impact role with real ownership and visibility
