Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chef role based in New Haven, CT. The Chef will be responsible for planning and creating menus, preparing high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining food safety standards. Additional responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing inventory, and ensuring the use of locally sourced ingredients while maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. Collaboration with the team to innovate and deliver an exceptional dining experience is a key part of the role.
