Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.Responsibilities1. Follows the plan of care developed by the PT, OT, or SLP, and documents treatment within 24 hours of visit, per department policy.2. Delivery of treatment is effective/appropriate and corresponds to the plan of care3. The PT is updated on changes in patient status.4. Documentation of treatment and progress is completed on time.QualificationsEducation:Associates Degree in OTA, PTA, or SLPA.Certification/License:BLS approved by the AHA.Licensed by Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance.Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or documentation that you are in the process of completing CCC, in the case of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLPA.Experience:Required - none.
