We're a fast-moving, growth-oriented company with a lean, high-performing team and a culture built around accountability and execution.About the RoleWe're looking for a Finance Operations Manager who owns the numbers — not just reports on them. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the full accounts receivable and accounts payable cycle, client billing, vendor payments, and cash flow visibility across the organization. You'll oversee a growing team of AR/AP administrators (currently 3) and be expected to build the processes and discipline that scale with us.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end AR and AP operations, including invoicing accuracy, collections, and payment processingManage client billing workflows — ensuring invoices go out correctly, on time, and disputes are resolved efficientlyOversee vendor payment processes and maintain strong relationships with hauler and vendor accountsMonitor and report on cash flow, flagging risks and opportunities to leadership in real timeSupervise and develop a team of AR/AP admins, setting clear expectations and driving performanceMaintain clean, audit-ready financial records across all transactionsIdentify and implement process improvements that increase accuracy, reduce cycle time, and scale with company growthPartner with operations and sales leadership on billing disputes, client onboarding, and vendor onboardingQualifications2+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or a related role — with direct AR/AP ownershipPrior experience managing or supervising a teamStrong working knowledge of accounting principles, billing workflows, and cash flow managementProficiency with accounting/ERP software (experience with Odoo a plus)High attention to detail and a low tolerance for process gapsAbility to operate independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentStrong communicator — comfortable working across operations, sales, and leadershipBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience consideredCompensationCompetitive base salary commensurate with experiencePerformance bonus eligibilityHealth benefits, 401(k) with company match, PTO
