Delivery Driver/ Restaurant Support

As a Delivery Driver/Restaurant Support Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering guest orders safely and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and supporting restaurant operations through dishwashing, cleaning, stocking, and other support responsibilities during non-delivery periods. Salary: $12-13 hourly, plus delivery fees and tips Benefits: Weekly Pay Flexible scheduling Paid shift meal Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older Valid driver’s license Reliable, insured vehicle Ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Serv-Safe or equivalent Qualifications: Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic Friendly, guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and transition between delivery and in-store responsibilities Ability to stand for extended periods Responsibilities: Deliver guest orders safely, accurately, and professionally to residential and commercial locations Maintain a clean, safe, and professional vehicle environment at all times, including refraining from smoking or using tobacco products while transporting guest orders Create efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service and minimize guest wait times Process guest payments accurately and follow all cash-handling and POS procedures Build positive guest relationships and represent the Something Different Grill brand professionally during every delivery Communicate guest concerns, delivery issues, or service opportunities to management promptly Assist with answering phones, taking to-go orders, and supporting front-of-house operations as needed Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using proper sanitation procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish areas, kitchen support stations, and work areas Stock, organize, and replenish kitchen and service supplies as needed Assist with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning duties Report equipment concerns, maintenance needs, or supply shortages to management promptly Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company safety procedures Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply License/Certification: Food Handler Certification (Preferred) Food Safety Certification (Preferred) Work Location: In person
