Derby Parking Attendants - AM and PM Shifts Available Louisville, Kentucky Parking Attendants – Kentucky Derby Events (Seasonal) Allegiance Staffing is hiring Parking Attendants for the upcoming Kentucky Derby events! This is a great opportunity to be part of one of Louisville's biggest events while earning competitive pay. Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Event Dates: Saturday, April 25th – Saturday, May 2nd, 2026 Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to event guests Direct and manage vehicle traffic and parking flow Assist with pedestrian/foot traffic control to ensure safety and organization Support shuttle operations as needed Offer directions, manage customer lines, and provide general event information Monitor assigned areas and report any concerns to the On-Duty Supervisor Communicate effectively using a cell phone or two-way radio Qualifications Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude Strong verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or fast-paced situations Comfortable using basic technology (phones, radios, apps) Working Conditions Work outdoors in various weather conditions Frequent standing, walking, and movement throughout shifts Ability to lift, push, and pull as needed Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach overhead May assist with pushing passengers in wheelchairs This is a temporary, event-based position with long hours available during Derby week.
