Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple active loan files from intake through closing readiness in a remote environment
Process construction, DSCR, fix-and-flip, and bridge loans, ensuring documentation is complete and timelines are met
Order and track third-party items, escalate delays, and maintain accurate file notes for efficient underwriting and closing
Required Qualifications
Construction loan processing experience (required)
DSCR processing experience (required)
Fix-and-flip and bridge file processing experience (required)
Investor non-owner-occupied lending processing experience (required)
Private money or hard money background preferred
