We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager who combines hands-on production leadership with strong cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will own the production side of the business managing end-to-end manufacturing flow, meeting customer delivery and quality expectations, and driving metrics for productivity, cycle time, and cash flow. This leader will work closely with Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, Engineering, Planning, Sales and Finance to remove bottlenecks, align priorities, and execute continuous improvement initiatives (lean, Kaizen, automation).
