Responsibilities:Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON), supports coordination of the nursing aide scheduleAssists with various clerical duties as requestedProvide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignityReport changes in resident health status to the clinical teamConnect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experienceEngage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiencesComply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident and employee information
