This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to play a key role in financial reporting, general ledger management, and process improvement within a stable organization.Reporting to accounting leadership, the Senior Accountant will be responsible for performing complex accounting tasks, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsLead or assist with month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare journal entries, reconciliations, and accrualsAnalyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completenessMaintain and reconcile general ledger accountsReview balance sheet and income statement accountsInvestigate and resolve discrepanciesEnsure compliance with GAAP and company policiesAssist with internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedulesPerform variance analysis and financial trend reportingSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesRecommend improvements to accounting processes and internal controlsRequirements of the Senior Accountant:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required3–6+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong experience with general ledger accounting and financial reportingPreferred Qualifications:CPA certification or CPA candidateMaster’s degree in Accounting or related fieldCompensation:$80,000 – $90,000Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications.Please apply for immediate consideration!
