Our team is known for creative advocacy, personalized service, and efficient case management, and we represent a diverse client base in complex and day-to-day litigation matters.Job DescriptionHandle construction defect matters through all phases of litigationDraft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other case-related documentsTake and defend depositions and participate in mediations, hearings, and court appearancesAnalyze liability, damages, repair issues, and case strategyWork closely with clients, experts, carriers, consultants, and opposing counselManage case files proactively and help move matters toward efficient resolutionConduct legal research and provide practical recommendations to support litigation strategyCollaborate with a team of experienced litigators on construction-related disputes and related civil mattersQualificationsActive California Bar license in good standing1+ year of construction defect experienceStrong litigation writing and case management skillsExperience with discovery, depositions, motions, and client communicationAble to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a teamInsurance defense or broader civil litigation experience is a plusTrial preparation experience is preferredWhy You Will Love Working HereYou will have the chance to do strong litigation work with a team that values quality, efficiency, and practical problem-solving.
