The Administrator is responsible for the overall daily operations of Trinity Oaks, ensuring the highest standards of quality care and service in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as LSC policies and procedures.This leader collaborates closely with the Operations Director and/or VP of Senior Services to support strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of community operations, including staffing, resident care, and regulatory complianceEnsure effective recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management of teammatesCoordinate resident services to ensure care is appropriate, consistent, and person-centeredManage financial performance, including budget development, cost control, and fiscal accountabilityOversee building operations and ensure timely maintenance of physical assetsImplement and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with LSC standards and regulationsPromote a positive image of the community through marketing and outreach effortsMaintain appropriate staffing schedules, job descriptions, and skills validation processesEnsure compliance with documentation standards for resident care, operations, and teammate performanceCommunicate policies, procedures, and benefit opportunities to all teammatesDelegate authority appropriately during absences or emergenciesMaintain confidentiality of all resident and teammate recordsChampion New Pathways and Just Culture initiativesAdditional ResponsibilitiesMaintain productive relationships with governing boards, leadership, and regulatory agenciesEnsure timely and accurate submission of required reportsSupport resource development and community engagement efforts to strengthen support for LSCProvide a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for residents and teammatesAttend required LSC meetings, events, and organizational functionsCoach and mentor department leaders to build strong teamsMaintain consistent communication with residents, families, volunteers, and community partnersImplement and maintain Disaster Preparedness plans, including evacuation proceduresSupervisory ResponsibilityDirect oversight of department head positions within the long-term care communityQualificationsEducation:Bachelor's degree preferredNC licensed Administrators with extensive experience will be consideredLicensure:Current North Carolina Nursing Home or Assisted Living Administrator license (as applicable)Skills & Abilities:Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with Electronic Medical Records and other operational systemsStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsKnowledge of long-term care regulations and best practicesWorking Conditions & Physical RequirementsPrimarily office-based with extended periods at a desk or computerRegular movement throughout the communityAbility to lift/carry up to 20 pounds and move equipment as neededFlexible scheduling based on operational needs and leadership guidanceWhat We're Looking ForCurrent North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license (or eligibility)Strong leadership experience in long-term care or healthcare operationsProven ability to manage budgets, operations, and team performanceKnowledge of state and federal regulations in long-term careExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsCommitment to resident-centered care and a positive team cultureWhy Join LSC?Mission-driven organization with a strong leadership cultureOpportunity to lead a respected long-term care community in North CarolinaCollaborative and supportive work environmentCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesLocationTrinity Oaks Health and Rehabilitation – Salisbury, NCApply TodayIf you are a dedicated leader passionate about serving others and driving excellence in long-term care, we encourage you to apply and become part of the LSC leadership team.
