Janitor/Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our dynamic facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our commercial property. Your energetic approach to cleaning and maintenance will ensure that all spaces meet high standards of hygiene and presentation, contributing to a positive experience for staff, clients, and visitors alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment. -5x a week (Monday-friday) -services can began after 3:30pm in the afternoon (or whatever works best for you) Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies Ensure all trash is collected and disposed of properly while maintaining recycling protocols where applicable Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, fixtures, and other surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Assist with light custodial tasks such as replacing supplies, restocking paper products Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Support facilities protocols Skills Proven experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices and basic repair skills are a plus Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report maintenance issues promptly Join us in creating clean, safe environments that inspire productivity and well-being!
